Alright, am pulling it together finally. Couple of pipe’s of Golden Extra and a shrapnel sweet, some stretching exercises and in general, keeping busy has alleviated things enough so I can get on with the day best can be.

Figures, dark clouds rolling in and possibly thunder to match. The old legs say so at least. Ah well!

Once again, I love being an adult. After the gooie, frosting slathered prune danish it was the white corn tortia chips (organic, thank you very much) and some salsa, bowl of fresh blueberries and some more sips of beer. Oh yeah, I had a multi-vit too. Hehe.
