August already, yikes!

Thank you everyone who has been dropping by to say hello, returned the favor to the site links which worked.

Today was busy, yeah, I know, surprise, surprise there, right? Anyhows, hosted the monthly Psychic Fair at the shop. Things went well in spite of it being a gorgeous day today. Day started well, a psyco who went off on a drama-queen emotionally attacking tangent yesterday because he made a simple mistake, heard what he wanted to hear instead of what was actually said and could not deal, called on the phone to apologize for being a jerk. Uh-huh, that’s nice, buddy. No, you are still not getting a job here, now shoo!

Lunch gave poor Emile a surprise as well. Bought some sandwich meat at the grocers other day and after a slice of liverwurst he was not feeling well so we decided to give it to our dog. Oopsie resulting in HUGE DIA-POOPSIE all over the apartment, bedroom, living room, kitchen and...well, Emile did not get to eat for a while. Then I go up and poor Timber (who is really getting old, Alaskan Malamute reaching age 13) was so nerved out he peed all over the kitchen...as well as his leash. Well, what can you do, right? Just glad Emile went up for lunch first!

Speaking of psychic stuff, been having a lot of dreams myself this past month related to our difficulties with certain people. Flashes of real nasty stuff. Been psychic all my life. No, not going to speak about it here, only it is good I do not sleep a lot. Ah well, F it.

Just had a nice call from my mother, must have picked up that I was thinking about her when I wrote that last post the other day. (She does not own a computer and has never been on the internet in her life.) She had called, but we were out and I spaced getting back to her.

Anyways, was a great talk, reminisced a bit about Bozrah CT and had some good laughs. Reminded me about this time a boy was teasing my little sister bad so I just picked him up and threw him. (I was like in 2nd grade.) Wish Sis would remember that stuff, but as I may have written in the past, we have no connection to the other. Just too different.

Mom says that Sis’ eldest inherited a lot of my traits. (Poor girl, wish she had not gotten the Fibromialgia. So bad she has to be home schooled and they want to give her chemotherapy. Gods, I loath those sadistic quacks.) She is artistic, loves dragons and reads up a storm. Writes as well. Just did some tests and she has an IQ of 140. One of the visiting teachers was shocked because they have this test that no one has ever finished. Well, Abigail did with time to spare. Go, kid, go!

Beyond that I am kicking back tonight, did some writing, some website work for my personal site, writing this post and will probably go back to writing, too zombied out for anything else.

Another cool thing, one of the customers who stopped by today was a book illustrator for the Weiser (sorry about spelling, too beat to look it up) company back in the day. Some really famous esoteric books, all sorts of things from psychic dreaming to avant-garde astrology. Get this, her name is Melissa, and further, her signing of her last name, which is totally different, still looks exactly how I sign my own. Whee.

Day off tomorrow and it will be work on the house. Hired someone to paint the exterior, five thousand $s, ouchers. Ah well, better that than risking Emile or myself falling from a ladder. This house is huge!

Tuesday is another trip to VT looking at homes, then back to work Wednesday. Two shows coming up, a long haul to vend and run the aura machine on Sat. and then Sun. Emile is vending at the CT Astrological Society’s quarterly psychic fair and show in Wethersfield.

Oh man, I am just so, so tired...

Well, back to work!

Nighters, people; cheers, bless and keep smiling!

Melissa
